CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
You have 24 hours after you place your order to make any changes. To make changes to your order you must send an email to support@mikatransfers.com (it is important that you include the order number)
Do you offer exchanges and/or returns?
It does NOT accept changes, cancellations or returns. All items are made to order. But, if you have any questions or problems, please contact us.
What is the processing time?
Please allow 2 to 5 days to process your order. (Pre-order orders are estimated at 2 to 3 weeks, they could be shorter or longer depending on availability).
Transfers
Can you use our transfers for commercial use?
Yes, our transfers are made to be used for personal and commercial use, which means you can use them to start a business!
Can shirt transfers be used in 100% cotton?
Yes! These can go on any fabric including 100% cotton, polyester and mixes!
Can these transfers go on dark garments like black?
Yes, these can go on any color fabric including black!

Can you use our disigns for commercial use?
Yes, our designs are made to be used for personal and commercial use, what you can't do is sell them in digital formatl!
How can I use the designs?
Designs can be used to create finished products
Designs can also be sold as transfers
It is not allowed to be uploaded to any third-party website, including, but not limited to, the AliExpress, Printful, Creative Studio and Creating platforms and any platform where you upload illustrations to print.
