All Sales are Final:
We want to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us. Therefore, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Cancellation Fee:
Please note that we do not accept cancellations, although we may make exceptions in some cases. If you wish to cancel your order, you must request it within 24 hours of purchase. A cancellation fee of 8% of your order total will apply.

Custom Order Cancellations:
Please note that our store has a no-cancellation policy. Regarding custom orders, you must be sure to carefully read the description and design requirements for each custom order. If you still send designs that are not in the required formats and cannot be used, your order will be canceled. No refund will be issued, but you will be given a store credit to use on a future order. As a customer, it is your responsibility to read all information related to the product you wish to purchase.

Damage and Issues:
Your satisfaction is our priority. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damage, or an incorrect or missing item, please contact us at info@mikatransfers.com within 48 hours of "delivery confirmation". Our team will promptly assess the issue and resolve it.

Insufficient or Incorrect Address:
In the unfortunate event that your order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address at checkout, you will be required to cover the shipping costs so we can reship the items.

Please verify that the address you entered at checkout is correct. This will prevent delivery issues.
